20×20 Easygenerator Island Booth at DevLearn 2024
The Project

Project Overview

Pioneer Exhibits developed the booth design for Easygenerator at DevLearn 2024, held November 6–8 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Fabrication and on-site installation were completed by our U.S. production team.

The project continued our work with Easygenerator after its 10×20 booth at DevLearn 2023. For 2024, the exhibit expanded into a 20×20 island layout with four open sides. A central tower with illuminated Easygenerator branding anchored the space, while screen-equipped display stations, tables, stools, and bench seating were arranged around it.

The larger square footprint gave the 2024 exhibit a different character from the previous year. Instead of organizing the experience along a primary back wall, the design welcomed visitors from every side and gave the brand a recognizable center within the booth.

The Execution

Solution

The design started with the way visitors could approach the booth. Because all four sides opened to the aisles, the layout did not depend on a single front entrance. The branded tower established the center, and the surrounding display stations and seating created several natural points of interest around it.

Illuminated Easygenerator identification at the top of the tower gave the structure a strong visual presence, while screens were positioned on different sides of the exhibit. Orange-framed display stations repeated the brand palette throughout the space. Tables, stools, and bench seating introduced places where visitors could stop without closing off the open island layout.

Wood-look vinyl flooring and green artificial turf helped distinguish the display and seating areas without using additional walls. The contrast added warmth and texture, but it also introduced an important construction detail where the two materials met.

To create a level transition, the U.S. production team raised the vinyl flooring with an underlayment so its finished surface met the artificial turf at the same height. This supported smoother movement through the booth and reduced the risk of trips at the material boundary—a small detail that matters when visitors can enter from every direction.

Compared with the 2023 booth, the 2024 design used the expanded footprint to organize displays, seating, and branding around one central element. The finished installation carried the main design ideas from the renderings into the built space while giving the new exhibit its own layout and visual identity.
