For NPE 2024 in Orlando, STEER needed a 30′ x 30′ custom trade show booth that could support both brand presentation and technical product demonstration. The booth needed to display large industrial equipment while still creating comfortable areas for client conversations, product discussions, and visitor engagement.

The final booth layout was designed around a central storage and media tower, creating a strong visual anchor in the middle of the space. Around this central structure, the booth included a machinery display area, discussion zones, lounge seating, reception counter, perimeter graphic walls, and a circular overhead hanging sign to increase visibility from across the show floor.

Pioneer Exhibits developed a 30′ x 30′ island booth layout with a central media wall and storage core as the main structural feature. This central tower created a clean focal point while also providing hidden storage and utility space for the show team.

A large screen was integrated into the front-facing media wall, allowing STEER to present product videos, application information, and brand messaging. The right side of the booth was planned as a dedicated machinery display zone, giving the industrial equipment enough space while keeping the surrounding aisles open for visitor flow.

The booth also included multiple conversation areas, including a front meeting table, a rear lounge area, and a separate discussion zone. Branded graphic walls were placed around the booth to support product education, key applications, and company messaging from different viewing angles.

The completed STEER booth created a professional and functional trade show environment for NPE 2024. The central media tower, overhead hanging sign, and blue-and-white brand graphics helped strengthen visibility on the show floor, while the equipment display and meeting areas supported both technical demonstrations and business discussions. The final result was a clean, organized, and brand-focused 30' x 30' custom booth that reflected STEER’s technical positioning and created a strong presence at one of the industry’s major trade shows.
